What is your primary product or service?
In field service of diesel engines, wholesale parts and lubricants. We also are diesel and home heating fuel specialists providing expert advise, testing and fuel polishing services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Since birth it seems. Been working on engines since the hot rod days of the 60's, then formal training on diesels in the Navy, many years going all the way with Detroit Diesel Allsion and finally graduating to Infield Diesel Service/Parts in 1984. In 2008 we added New England Fuel Polishing
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We like to provide a very personal up front style. Our goal is to be detailed, professional, reliable and there for all our customers. It is very reasonable to say our customers remain friends and we are always available with any advise they may need.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are an on site service travelling all over the East and Gulf coasts
What type of payments do you accept?
We are a small company and require all major parts and machine work up front with the balance due when all are satisfied. Nearly all credit cards are accepted as well
